Leading from the Front: 2025/26 First Team Management

Our management team is ready to drive the Club forward in our biggest season yet...
As we prepare for an exciting season ahead, we are proud to formally introduce the dedicated individuals leading our First Team both on and off the pitch. Our management team combines experience, passion, and a clear commitment to the continued success and development of the Club.
Dan Barrett – First Team Manager
Now entering his 10th consecutive season at the helm, Dan Barrett has overseen an extraordinary journey for the Club. With over 400 competitive games under his leadership, Dan has guided the team from the bottom of the Lincs League all the way to The Northern Premier League – the highest level in the Club’s history. His vision, resilience, and tactical acumen continue to be central to our progress.
Scott Drury – Assistant Manager
Scott begins his 3rd season within the management structure. A former goalkeeper for the Club, Scott now plays a crucial role off the pitch, overseeing player data and video analytics. His work supports Dan and the wider coaching team in preparing for matches and analysing opposition.
Mark Westerby – First Team Coach
Mark returns for his second season with the Club, having joined midway through last season from Louth Town. UEFA-qualified, Mark has made an immediate impact in improving the team’s training environment and tactical preparation.
Tim Lowe – First Team Coach
Also entering his second season, Tim brings a wealth of coaching experience. Previously manager at Cleethorpes Town FC, Tim has a strong playing background at this level and plays a key role in shaping our training sessions and matchday performance.
Wallace Cruickshank – First Team Physio
Now in her fifth season at the Club, Wallace completed her degree-level qualification and continues to serve as our trusted matchday physio. She works closely with players on injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation, playing a vital role in keeping the squad fit and ready.
Together, this team represents the ambition, professionalism, and unity that define our Club. We thank them for their ongoing dedication and look forward to what promises to be an exciting season under their guidance.
Jason Flint (Chairman) –
“Really looking forward to working with our Management Team again this season. It's no secret that we're all best mates and I've known current gaffer, Dan (Barrett) for over 25yrs and it's one of the main reasons why I made the decision to come back to the club a few years back.
Dan (Barrett) enters his 10th season at the Football Club, and we have made steady progression every single season other than the last. That is testament to him and his managerial colleagues, and he should be extremely proud of his own personal commitment and dedication.
Last season didn't go to plan, but you cannot judge the group on just one bad season, and I believe there has been some important learnings. There's a different feel to our approach this season, I feel like the Management seem more aligned, extremely focused and they have been ruthless in a much needed rebuild. Dan will have a strong support network in Assistant Manager Scott Drury who works tirelessly in the background, Tim Lowe and Mark Westerby who bring non-league experience alongside football knowledge and qualifications; it's a perfect blend and they're all honest, hard working lads.
Myself, Kev and the full Board of Directors are fully behind the Management Team and we would like to wish them, our staff and the players all the best for our upcoming campaign.”
